Account Deletion Process

  3. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
  4. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
What Data Will Be Deleted
  • •Your profile information (name, email)
  • •All health data (medications, medical conditions, allergies)
  • •Meal favorites and ratings
  • •Conversation history with the AI assistant
  • •Scan history and uploaded images
What Data May Be Retained
  • •Transaction records (required for accounting purposes) - retained for 7 years
  • •Anonymized usage statistics (no personal identifiers)

Retention period: 30 days for backups, then permanently deleted
