About Database Population

This tool populates the local database with images and information for common medications from the NIH Pillbox and RxImage APIs. This enables faster offline pill identification.

Note: The population process includes rate limiting to avoid overwhelming the NIH APIs. It may take 10-15 minutes to complete for all medications.
